I came in with my son Chandler ***, he needed a co signor on a truck loanHe had just totaled his truck that he purchased from Mitch Smith previouslyHe had an issue on his credit, at this time Scott *** the finance person said IF I signed with him we could come back in year after he had paid the loan and he would refinance the loan in my son's name only, also that he would redo the warranty at this timeI went in with my son Chandler *** after 1/years to get this taken care of* in finance office said WE do not refinance here at *** ***I later that day called back and spoke with Scott *** and I felt like he was talking out of sides of his mouthI then asked to speak with Tim *** the general mgr to explain what we were told by Scott *** He explained they did not refinance but that they could contact the banks to get it financed in his
Bathroom vanities lost finish in spots down to the bare wood They are making us pay to repair
They made some beautiful bathroom vanities for us The old vanities, original installation over years old, exposed to the usual bathroom sink environment, had no water damage or discoloration However, the new Furniture Creations vanities began to show loss of finish on the doors under the sink The finish was gone in spots right down to the bare wood, including varnish or lacquer and stain When we complained and asked for repairs we were told that it is "water damage" and we have to pay $to fix it I have stated that the cheap original builders vanities over years old never showed any sign of water damage We believe that the Furniture Creations vanities were not properly finished and sealed and should not have been affected by any of the usual exposure to moisture associated with bathroom use
