We went to the Denver Home & Garden Show in and as does everyone, talked to many painting contractorsWe received about 6-bids to paint our house & due to what we felt was their quality & price, we selected Pro Painting LLC to paint the interior of our sqftupstairs part of our homeThey arrived to start the job when they said & even showed up on time during the blizzard in MarchThey did an EXCELLENT job & we are VERY HAPPY with the job they did for usWe had prices that were double what we ended up paying & we feel the quality was as good as anything we could have receivedWe will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter & have already told others about themDustin has quality crews that took good care of our house when they were hereWhen we paint our house again, we will definitely use Pro Painting LLC & recommend others do the same

I have had my gas services disconnected because of past due balance but there was not a bill sent for the services between 12/and 03/
I moved into a rental home in October I placed the Natural Gas account (***) in my name on December 21, From December 21, until the March 29,2016, I never received a gas billAt the end of March I was sent a bill totaling The amount was said to be due on April 25, On April 2, I received another bill for an additional $The total amount due was now and was due by April 25, according to the billing dateOn April 16, I got a letter in the mail that stated I was receiving my final notice and I would be required to pay by April 18, On April 20, an employee of Piedmont gas came with a turn off notice to turn off the gas because of the past due balanceI called Piedmont Gas to discuss the matterI was then told that there was an error in the meter reading an

I have reviewed this customer complaint.   Our records indicate the customer applied for service on 9/16/14 with a start date of 10/1/14.   The customer was billed in November, December, January, and February. No payments were received so the customer received a collection...

call for the past due bills.  On 2/24/15 the customer calls and advise us and she was not a customer nor had she received any bills. She verified with her landlord that this address did have a gas service.  We determined the mailing address was incorrect, we updated the mailing address and sent copies of bills to the correct address on2/25/15.  An order was issue automatically on 2/26/15 to disconnect the account for non pay.  The was sent for disconnection on 3/3/15, the customer paid the past due amount and the service was not disconnected.  
It appears there were several factors which resulted in this incident.  First, we had the incorrect mailing address. Second, the customer was not aware they had gas service, therefore did not question not receiving a gas bill. Thirdly, the timing of the disconnection and our failure to place the account on hold from collections.
We have corrected the customer address.  The customer's account is current and the service was not interrupted.  I apologize for the inconvenience this has called and I hope going forward we can restore this customer confidence in us as a reliable source of energy.

I did not request nor want a change out of my gas meter but Piedmont says it must do it because Metro Council said so. They will not give you an hour appointment but and all day appointment. Since both my wife and I work we are not home. I tried to move the appointment to day when I am off they couldn't do that. So they will come TURN OFF my gas swap out the meter then I have to call them to come back to turn on the gas again. The problem is we have a hot water gas heater and cook with a gas stove..so until they can get back we will be without hot water or unable to cook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done about them so they are forced to adhere to more than a day long schedule they should come at the convenience of the customer not their convenience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
