the church. [redacted] is the individual that has been coming into the office handling the church account. [redacted] tells me that the Reverend has requested one year of credit on the 2nd line to satisfy his complaint. Our resolution: At the time we received the notice, we had already transferred three months of their payments (January – April) from the 2nd line to the primary account [redacted] in the amount of $[redacted]. We will credit the primary account an additional 9 months @ $[redacted] monthly = $[redacted] If you are unable to get in touch with [redacted], please call [redacted] at [redacted] He will be glad to talk with you.
