I can't say enough about how proffessional and knowledgable Gary and his team wereWe recently had all the windows replaced in a very old home with several odd obstacles and Gary knew exactly how to overcome each with wonderful results..he even saved our original plaster walls and ledges without a scratchEverything fit perfect, looked gorgeous and the team functioned like a finely tuned machine...super fast, super efficient and super polite! They even cleaned up everything down to sweeping my floors!!

Two days ago I emailed this company asking if they serve my area The owner, G***, replied within minutes with "Yes" and his phone number I called the number and G*** immediately answered My house needed window replacements so I inquired about the services of his company; however, when I started to talk about details such as the type of windows, the specs, and methods of installation, G*** hung up I called back and was immediately put on voice mail I emailed him asking about this, no reply It has been over hours since then; still no reply of any kind No call back, text or email Nothing
I've worked hard and tried my best to research the different types of windows, home repair companies and the process of their work so that I can explain what I need for repairing my old house and try to work with them So being mistreated with this kind of behavior, especially coming from the company owner, is outright disgusting
Authorities will have to look into this company's customer relations and consider revoking G***'s business license For a company that has been in business for over years and has a "commitment to 100% customer satisfaction and quality" (quoted directly from their site), their actions do not align with this at all

Piedmont Siding and Windows did a FANTASTIC job siding and guttering our home!!! They are great people to work with, and their prices are hard to beat They work until it's perfect and you, the homeowner, is very pleased I highly recommend them You will not be disappointed!!!! This is a great company to do work for you. They did a great job siding my screened room and putting windows in my home. They came out when they said they would, worked until the job was done, and left everything clean. A very professional company. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to hire again or recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Piedmont Siding and Windows. I researched and received quotes from several well known companies and Gary W[redacted] not only offered the best quality windows, but also the best price. He was always very prompt to return calls and very professional. This was a very positive experience. Windows and aluminum wrapping around windows look great. Gary W[redacted], the owner did all inside work and was only person that entered my house; all other workers worked from outside only. I am allergic to dust and worried about dust. No need; no dust. Inside and out was as clean as when started. He also replaced door to crawlspace at same price as a window. Only one person that I interviewed could do that door with vinyl and he was going to change $1000. If you want great product, price, and service call these guys.

Gary W[redacted] with Piedmont Siding & Windows removed our aluminum and wood windows (including storm windows) and replaced them with Simonton double hung. It was a fast, friendly and efficient process and the best price I found. They have been in for years and trouble free. Gary helped us order new ones for our addition as well.
