Piedmont Urgent Care

Went for treatment for my eye, one doctor wrote me two prescriptions & was nice and checked my eye out & put two drops in it before he looked at it & the other rudely told me to go to the ER & he wasn't treating me & id get no treatment there either because I couldn't stand him to put a flashlight in my eye to look, I had already paid 170 dollars upfront before I was seen & then was stopped as I was leaving to be told my full bill was 250 dollars & needed to be paid, I also wasn't treated for my blood pressure being at dangerous levels of high & got no help with my eye really because I was going to have to go to another doctor to get it taken care of because they had said they wasn't able to help me & that was fine but I didn't think I should have to pay more money than the 170 cuz I didn't have the procedures done that they were charging me for, & the lady was so rude to us in front of customers in the lobby that was waiting too & we gave them more money to finish paying for it and was out of town & now unable to get prescriptions filled or even see another doctor to fix my eye so I think I need a refund
