I was never told when I purchased the vehicle that it was sold AS IS, however I did find it in the fine print on one of the papers I signed. I would not have an issue if it would have been originally disclosed that the vehicles DVD entertainment system was not in working order, however it WAS ADVERTISED as a feature and an obvious selling point with someone who has kids! I was also never offered a $250 credit. I was told they would pay their own service department up to 2 hours of labor. There was no dollar amount put on this nor was it ever an option to get a credit. All I want is my entertainment system fixed, by someone I trust. I am not asking to make anything off of this I am only asking for them to make it right.
