On May 1, 2020 I ordered 2 Canvas pictures (VMOR002-GWC3020 and VMTQ077-GWC3020 at $74.99 ea)on line from Pier One Imports for a total of 159.50 charged to my credit card. I received the delivery on May 14, 2020. I also ordered other items that were received with no issues. With regard to the canvas wall art, they were not the proper colors to my liking as they appeared on line, so I've been trying to make a return. The receipt explains the steps to take for returns but I cannot reach anyone at the telephone numbers given. Every day I've tried to call the numbers to Pier 1 for returns and either get a busy signal or get disconnected. I've tried live chat and have had a 5-6 hour wait and received no response. Pier 1 website states stores have reopened in CT, yet NONE are open. All numbers listed, live chat, and customer relations are NOT operating. I don't understand WHY they continue to advertise and sell items and take money, yet cannot take care of customers problems. It's pretty much impossible to reach anyone to resolve any issues.
