Review: Restaurant provided abysmal service on once in a lifetime First Communion for only daughter.(1) prepared guest invitations on different paper than contractually agreed upon;(2) prepared guest seating not fit for sardines, impossibly cramped, making it impossible for guests to leave table for rest rooms or any other reason;(3) blocking access to outdoor deck overlooking waterfront;(4) omitting agreed decorations on cake;(5) refusing to accommodate arrival of bakery supplying custom items;(6) failing to notify guests that drinks were limited to beer, wine and soda, thus transferring large unanticipated costs on the familyDesired Settlement: 25% refund of original $2,306.31 charge, i.e., $458.40 refund.

Review: [redacted], the [redacted] provided a private party on June **, 2014 for my daughters baby shower. He misled us by booking another party in the room, providing an open bar to my guests and adding hundreds of dollars to my bill when I contracted for beer, wine and soda, tried billing me for 59 guests when I had 49 guestsDesired Settlement: [redacted] knows he overcharged me by over $800.00. He admitted it but will deny now. I would like a refund in that sum or in at least a sum near that amount. [redacted] reviews have stated and I agree how inadequate the service is and I would never return there for he is misleading and a liar. I have just noticed another review on [redacted] where he did exactly the same thing to a customer. She too has contacted you.
