Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11515575, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response belowI have tried several times to contact pier before the item was discarded due to the fact that it was extremely hazardous and dangerous to have broken glass in my houseI did not recieve a call after leaving numerous messages for a manager to call me back and even called different store locationsWhen I picked up the item I was told I was not able to open the box to inspect the item otherwise they would not help load the box in the carI disputed the charge since I was not getting a respond and credit card was advised I assumed by pier to discard the item so my family and I don't get injured Pier just responded with their return policy and saying not within return policy so can't helpThis whole time I have been trying to resolve this within the return policyI finally got a call after the Revdex.com complaint and was told they would help me and understood my frustration that I have been dealing with for so longI never heard back after an email I sent to themI was never told they needed pictures to document what had happenedI'm very disappointed that this company would rather harm a loyal client than able to assist themThis is the worst customer service I have experienced everThey have neglect me and my request for a refund for an damaged item they sold to me That is not fair or rightThey are not taking responsibility for how they have treat me and how they have handled this situation Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me What it took to achieve this resolution is another matterIt must be noted that multiple Pier employees insisted, repeatedly, for periods that totaled hours that they were completely incapable of going what they have now said they have doneFurther, Pier insisted that it was requiring me to hand over all information needed to fraudulently use my card as a way of protecting my informationEventually I was told I could give them my drivers license as an alternativeTo insist that I cannot cancel an order that is not complete and not in my possession without opening myself to credit card fraud or by giving my drivers licenses over is inexcusable and completely without justification The Revdex.com needs to evaluate its rating if this companyWhen the only way to cancel an order that has not been received and reverse a charge that was applied, per the FTC's website in violation of the law, is to file complaints with the Revdex.com and regulatory agencies while spending hours, literally hours on the phone with employees who do nothing but refuse to cancel an order unless you make credit card fraud effortless an A+ rating can not be justifiedHaving read other complaints after this nightmare began I know that neither my complaint nor the nature of my complaint are an exceptionSo why is this company rated A+? It discredits the Revdex.com rating system Regards, [redacted]
