I specifically told the salesperson NOT to run my credit. I found a "hard inquiry" by Pierce Automotive In on my credit report. I don't know them.
February 21, 2019 my credit was run by Pierce Automotive In. I do not know who that is. That is the same date Toyota of Hattiesburg, Hattiesburg, MS ran my credit after the salesperson was told specifically NOT to run it.
I want the inquiry removed from all credit bureaus.
We do not pull credit reports for our customers. We use local banks for financing and they pull credit reports. Also, we are in Ohio and have not talked with anyone from Mississippi. We also know that there is a Pierce Automotive in Hattiesburg, MS, which we suspect were the ones that pulled the credit report.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I could not see the location of Pierce when originally filing complaint. This was the only only one that came up on Revdex.com.
