Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The reason the bill was not paid until January is because we requested their offer be sent to us in writing They did not send this until January which at that point in time, we paid the bill right away We are not a family that just takes a companies word as you can see why We never got a call from a collection agency once until July of this year That particular collection agency was using vulgar language on the first call so therefor we did The moment that call came in we contacted Priority One to get this fixed as we showed the collection agency where we paid that bill but they still did not believe us and continued with the harassment We had to wait days for [redacted] at Priority One to get back from vacation to fix When she got back she did not return one of our calls or emails, so we had to chase her down on the phone until she took the call She apologized for her errors and quoted her with a neighbor listening to the call on speaker phone that they would financially compensate us for their errorSo there was no reaching out to us in October, Nov, Dec, Jan we never heard a word from anyone until this scam corporation and their collection thugs called us in July trying to get X's the amount of the bill a bill which we paid as soon as the agreement came in writing We were never contacted by [redacted] within the week she said we would be compensated so we reached out again but she did not return the calls She then sent an email that we would not receive ANY compensation for her error as she changed her mind These people are dirty and do not know how to conduct business Their service was terrible and they do not know how to enter paid bills into their computer system This was THEIR error, not ours That is clear We do not accept this answer and if they refuse to refund us again, I will be filing complaints with the attorney generals office amongst a few other state agencies They don't want to hear vulgar language but they have no problem screwing hard working people over and then lying about it Not acceptable and now I will take every step I can to expose this company until this is paidI will call my attorney friend to see if I can sue under the fair credit reporting act or another law Nice try lying to the Revdex.com priority one Try and be ethical in what you do just once Look at my record, I am also in the top .005% of tax payers in [redacted] County I donate thousands to our local schools and shelters every year along with the [redacted] and other organizations Believe me, I don't need the money but you will pay for your mistakes and lying just like any one of us would Regards, [redacted] ***

Prior to receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com, my records show: Our last payment from this customer was 3-4- We canceled this account September 9, once we received the letter to cancel On September 9, all past due balances were credited off This account has never been turned over to collections I have no open issues with this customerI have no idea why we are receiving this complaint since all issues were addressed and resolved prior Please let me know if you need anything else

*** *** signed a three year agreement in October On October 5, (two years later), *** *** informed us he was moving and wanted to cancel his service. He still had a year left on the agreement, however, to help resolve the situation, we reduced the balance of
contract by half. He agreed to pay half of the balance of the agreement We did not receive his payment in OctoberWe did not receive his payment in NovemberWe did not receive his payment in December Since we did not receive payment in a reasonable amount of time, we turned this over to a collection company for the full amount. At the end of January payment was finally made. However, the late timing of the payment (approximately four months) and us processing this for collections overlapped. Once *** *** made us aware of it we promptly notified the collection company to stop collections and made sure there were not any negative effects on his credit. The collection company stopped collection efforts and there are no negative effects on his credit Additionally, the language *** *** used with my staff was the worst I have heard in years with Priority One. His use of profanity, derogatory comments, personal insults, etc. were totally and completely inappropriate If *** *** had paid the reduced amount we agreed to in a timely fashion, all of this would have been avoided. Since we reduced the original balance on the agreement by half and payment was not made in a reasonable amount of time, and there are negative effects on his credit, we do not feel we need to refund any money

no contract with Priority One since my account was more than 15 years old. The only thing that I have received from Priority One since my last written request to them was another bill threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency which was received a few day ago. Had they sent me something informing me that the matter had been resolved as they did after your involvement I would have had no reason to involve the Revdex.com. It appears that the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction as they state that my account is finally closed and the balance has been written off and no collection agency will be involved. The records I could provide would have been the September bill with the collection agency quote as well as bank records and phone records of calls made to them trying to resolve this issue. I have the bill in hand and could get this to you within the 5 days but the bank records and phone records would have needed additional time. I hope that the Revdex.com maintains these files as I do not entirely trust Priority One at this time. Even though it appears that they were quick to settle this matter, I noticed no mention from them as to how they were still able to monitor my system without the phone line for some six months. Again, thank you for your involvement and should another bill or any action from a collection agency arise or any negative credit reference appear on my credit report from this matter, I will be back in touch.[redacted]
