First, I will start with the facts: Gary Pierce had the best quote and the best price Gary Pierce and his crew started the job on the day that he stated in the quote They stripped the old shingles, patched a couple soft spots in the sheathing and built a cricket against the new chimneyThey covered the entire roof with Ice and Water Shield and laid down year Architectural shinglesGary and crew cleaned up the entire job site to the point that it was cleaner than when they arrived Now I can give you my opinion: Sometimes you meet a man that exudes confidence and trustworthinessGary definitely lives up the expectationsGary is easy to talk to, polite and professional They did a great job and it looks terrific I have more work to do on this old house and I will be calling Gary to help get it done I highly recommend this companyIf I could give it more stars I wouldIf you need a roof, call Pierce Construction, you won't be disappointed

They stripped the old shingles, patched a couple soft spots in the sheathing and built a cricket against the new chimney. They covered the entire roof with Ice and Water Shield and laid down 30 year Architectural shingles. Gary and crew cleaned up the entire job site to the point that it was cleaner than when they arrived.

Now I can give you my opinion:
Sometimes you meet a man that exudes confidence and trustworthiness. Gary definitely lives up the expectations. Gary is easy to talk to, polite and professional. They did a great job and it looks terrific.
I have more work to do on this old house and I will be calling Gary to help get it done.
