We sold 2 ovens out of state. We offered a 30 days parts warranty. It's been 6 months a customer feels we should refund monies. Fact is also the customer dismantled the ovens. Torn apart the wiring and after 6 months wants a refund. It not going to happen. Also the...
complaint is not the purchaser. These ovens were given to another person who damaged them and the were purchased on his mother credit card.
