I am writing in response to Case ID# ***. This has been a difficult case as we had all intentions of trying to work these issues out right away! The furniture was ordered 2/25/16, Delivered 5/13/16! I went to the customers house on the following Wednesday 5/18/to
discuss the issues One of the biggest issues in this case was I was dealing with a second party not the person who actually purchased the furniture. I went over everything individually with her. She purchased Amish dining room set and said there were marks on a few of the chairs she didn't like and she thought the edge of the table was different from what she thought her Mother had picked out. Our sales person was pretty sure her Mother had picked that edge and from what I was told she was happy with the table but the daughter (not the purchaser) was not I secured return authorizations from the Amish company she purchased the chairs from to take back and repair or replace any issues she had on those chairs We agreed to replace the table with the edge she wanted with a style she liked off of our floor. After getting the RA's and trying to set up a day to pick up the chairs and switch that table she informed me her Mother was in the hospital and these issues had to wait till she could deal with all of that understandably We were under the impression then she would call us back when she was ready to deal with the issue in a few days maybe a week I believe three or four months passed before she contacted us again, this became a major issue as the return authorizations were voided and the table on our floor was sold! As for the end tables , the stain she picked out sunset was from a different company's sample. She decided to order the tables from a different company who also had the color sunset color but nothing was ever crossed matched to make sure they were the exact same color So there stain in that same name was slightly different when the tables were made from that different company I believe *** *** was working with her on what to do about this issue when again she needed to take a break to deal with some personal issues and again we were left waiting for her call for a few months As for the pillows I believe the issue was the beading around them and the corners not being full enough, I tried to stuff some fill into them and I contacted the company and they said that was the style of the pillow and they couldn't do anything to change it I can understand her frustrations in these matter but she needs to understand that time is against you in the furniture world. We have always tried to do everything we can to make a customer happy but we need cooperation from the customer to make that happen and its tough for us to take back furniture that has been used for a year or even three months as we are not a used furniture store! *** ***President of Operationsand *** ***

We were hoping to find a good place to buy furniture, having shopped around quite a bit, We were intially impressed with the hospitality, but that soon changed. We bought a sofa and two chairs, with one chair having to be ordered. The sofa and one chair were delivered as promised, and we were promised the other chair would be two to three weeks. After 6 weeks I called,left a message and did not get a call back. A couple of days went by, I called again, left a message and did get a call back the next day. They were having problems with the manufacturer. After three months we went to the store to get our deposit back. The owner [redacted] was more concerned that we knew he didn't make a mistake more than having a satisfied customer.
