Have done business with them before, and generally satisfied Recently, had an issue with the toilet seal between the tank and the toilet on toilets Called and was asked to send a picture of the toilet so they could bring the proper gasket Sent a picture from inside the tank lid that included a drawing and part number for the gasketplumbers showed up...with the wrong part, and had to order and reschedule the repair appointment Came back the next day with the right parts, and replaced them One of the folks that showed up both days was a trainee, and had to be shown how to do the repairs, as well as double checked by the primary plumberWhen bill as shown, it included time for both plumbers to do the repairs, as well as to track down parts, and make two tripsWhen called owner, he said that we were getting the work done twice as fast as one plumber,because their were two In addition, he said the photos I sent weren't helpful in determining the correct partJust to clarify, the picture sent actually included the correct part number, so the second trip should have been entirely on them As far as two plumbers being more efficient time wise when compared to one, have to call BS, as it would have taken less time for someone that knew what they were doing to do both, versus doing one, then having to train, redo, and oversee the work on the secondBottom line, owner reduced price to 1/plumbers instead of two (though still included the time for trips) Wouldn't use them again
