We have resolved the issues with [redacted]  Several weeks ago sorry for no response back. We had went and repaired [redacted] roof multiple times . We were overwhelmed with a big hail storm and we were getting so many calls everyday I hired a secretary and so during the time period when [redacted]...

called back she put him on a list not realizing  it was a priority call. After the first of the year I took the line over again. I didn't see that he was trying to get ahold of me till I seen the complaint. I then contacted him immediately and resolved the complaint. Then we discovered it was a moisture problem from an inactive duct vent having cold air hitting warm air the warm temperatures and just the opposite in cooler weather. So when we were trying to repair roof we had installed that wasn't the problem. I think he is happy now wants me to do some work on something else for him. Thanks  [redacted]
