Contacted Pieroways regarding Mattress and boxspring I purchased in January. Told me 3 times they would contact mfg.no response as yet. been 6 wks Purchased a XS3 I Mattress (Comfort Series) (made by KingKoil) and boxspring on 1/5/14 using my visa card in the amount of [redacted] Order#XXXXX. I was told by Pieroways that that did not accept returns and any issues would need to be dealt with Mfg. After seven months I noticed the middle of bed already has an indentation. This bed has a 10 year warranty per Pieroways. Contacted Pieroways on July 18th(stopped by Store) spoke with salesman in store(i did not get his name) he took my name and number and said he would contact mfg and it would take three weeks. Called after three weeks and spoke to salesman(no name)and again was told they would contact Mfg. No response...Again I called two weeks ago and was basically put off..I would like the mfg to take a look at bed and check if this is normal or if there is a flaw. The Limited warranty specifies 1.5" of body impression or greater. I am not sure about the depth but I know it is causing me back pains. I had even contacted King Koil in Connecticut and was told that Pieroways purchased the warranty when they purchased mattress and box spring. I would like to get a response from Mfg or Pieroways about this issue. I feel that this bed should not have any indention after (7) months of use. I would appreciate any help you could supplyDesired SettlementI would either like a replacement bed comparible to bed purchased or a refund.Business Response We have contacted [redacted] and told her to come in and choose another mattress and we will exchange it for her. Paid [redacted] for two chairs in 2011 and they are completely unusable now due to broken springs and mechanisms in both. In November of 2010, we ordered 2 chairs from Pieroways. We were told that we would receive the chairs by Christmas, however, they were not delivered until March of 2011. Within a year of having the chairs, the spring mechanisms in them began to weaken and the backs of the chairs not longer provided support. Soon after, large, sharp springs began to rip through the chairs in several places, especially through the back sides of the chairs. We do not have small children and in no way abused the furniture. We contacted Pieroways and spoke to a [redacted] who stated that our only recourse would be for them to send out a private contactor to repair the chairs, at our expense (as the chairs were no longer under any warranty with [redacted] the maker of the chairs). We were then told that they would need to order the fabric and when it came in, they would contact us. This last correspondence with them was in Nov. 2013. We contacted her and our refinisher is going to go out and repair the chairs. We hope this resolves the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. We should know after the repairs are completed within the next week or so.
