Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They did offer another vehicle I chose a Chevy Equinox the car went into the shop one week and they kept telling us that it was ready then not ready when it was time to pick up the vehicle and we still had no vehicle Two weeks passed and finally we asked for our money back He only agreed to give us dollars back, at that time he was informed that I will and want all my money back and took the dollars because at that time my fiancé had lost his job from all this mess I want my balance of dollars that is due to me Millennium Motors have put us in such a rut I am now in the process of my lights being turned off on Monday and no place to live this is crazy And honestly I met someone else that purchased a car from him that's having the same problem I am not happy and want the balance of my money

WEHAVE TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER THE BEST WE COULDTHE SECONDVEHICLE THEY HAD CHOSEN HAD JUST COME IN AND WE WANTED IT CHECKED INWITH THE HlSTORY WE HAD WITH THIS CUSTOMER WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS RIGHTHE BROUGHT THE 1st VEHICLE BACK WITH A NOISE IN THE FRONT ENDIT WAS DIAGNOSED AS ASPOKEN DIFFERENTIAL FROM DRIVER ERROR.WHEN WE SPOKE WITH THE PURCHASER, HE AGREED TO THE $REFUND, NO QUESTIONS ASKED WE FEEL WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AS IS

We are in receipt of you letter. After numerous attempts of trying to satisfythem we are now in the process of trying to put them into another vehicle.
