Mrs [redacted] purchased a vehicle late May and we paid off the amount we thought she owedIt came to our attention around days later that Wells Fargo needed another $to satisfy the account in full and we cut the check immediately paying off that remaining balanceI have sent communication to our Wells Fargo representative to see if Wells Fargo reported any delinquencies during that time period and if so they are going to try and remove them If anyone would like additional information please let me knowI can be reached by email at [redacted] @PierreFord.com or by phone at [redacted] Regards, Luk

Mrs*** and I were in communication last week and she communicated a similar message to me via emailIn her complaint she said that the fan was "covered by the warranty" and when she "discovered there was a warranty, and went in to ask about it, it seems it cannot be retroactive"I operated under those assumptions and responded that we could get the coverage to process a claim retroactively which would refund her the money paid for a covered repairWhen I got the receipts she provided and sent them to the Service contract company they got back to me that the fan was NOT a covered component and therefore no refund was due. Like most insurance, service contracts do carry a deductible which is normalWe are here to assist our customers with their transportation needs in Service/ Sales/ Financing and are appreciative of the businessIt was in that spirit and as a gesture of goodwill that I told her we would have the repairs she paid for reimbursedI communicated that to her via email last week and our accounting office will process that request. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: When this situation initially happened I wanted to work with the Pierre Money Mart finance team to get another vehicle/lender, but I was told that it would probably be in my best interest to part ways because there wouldn't be a car low enough and the lender interest would be to high for Pierre Money MartThis was my first experience trying to purchase a vehicle it wasn't the best and I would prefer to just be made whole considering the circumstances: I didn't receive proper notice that there was financing issues or that the car was going to be repossessed Contractors(repossession man) was rude and unprofessional I was advised to get my money back because Pierre Money Mart couldn't help me per David I appreciate the offer to help find another vehicle but I would just like to be made whole by at least reimbursing me for the tires Sincerely,*** ***

I have read pierre ford response to my complaint, it sound like make believe to meyes, I did buy to vehicle on the 25th of Sept, and I did request the to send the platesbut, there is a whole lot left out in the middleI was told it take about weeks for the platesso, after wks I started calling asking about where the plates wereI spoke with approximately different people some twicethey all said they would call me back, and never did, they also stated that they mailed me a notificationI got my finance paperwork, my insurance policy, and financial institutions letters, nothing from pierre moneymart about my licence platesAfter the 2nd time I talked to a girl named Christy (i believe) she found them filed under my 1st name not my lastyes they mailed thembut, snail mail, but I requested them to be mailed over night/ next dayI even volunteered to pay for the shippingthat was a week after my temporary tags had been expired (11/9) for about a week and a halfthey failed miserably, and now they are trying to point a finger at meon a closing note, the Revdex.com sent me a letter dated nov on a dupont waletter head, but I I didn't receive it until Dec so I check the envelope for the post markKansas city, mo?there also was no link or instructions on how to respond to the dealers responsetalk about inconsistenciesthx for the time ***

I hope in the future The Pierre Money Mart will take care their customers better in they want customers to continue referring future clients to their businessIn my personal opinion it should not have taken this long to get the check they had promise after referring a new customer to themMay be they will be more professional in conducting business with all previous and future clients

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: After stating that if I provide a paid receipt for the work, they would reimburse the money for the warranty work That was provided, his response is as follows:I just heard back from the service contract companyThe coverage that you have is a $deductible Powertrain coverage so the radiator fan is not a covered componentI think you mentioned that you had already canceled the coverage or wanted to cancel the coverageIf you haven't and still need that done please let me know and I can initiate the request. If you need anything else please let me know, LukHe was obviously lying about providing a paid receipt, and the money would be reimbursed This is just another example of the sleazy business practices of Bill Pierre Ford, and Money MartThey underhandedly slip in a $service contract (I was told the contract for the car was standard- and to just initial everything - thats what I get for trusting them Then they want a $deductible on the waranty work, on top of the $ It would be interesting to learn the kickback Money Mart got for slipping this in I hope they sleep good tonight.Sincerely, *** ***

unable to rescind the transaction that was done years ago to help them now exchange vehiclesThat sale was completed, agreed upon by both parties and finalized thenWe are happy to help try and trade them into another vehicle that they prefer if they are able to work within the parameters we can get approved from the lender. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Pierre Money Mart and Jeff knew on 12/29/what my credit score was and my monthly incomeJeff proceeded to run my credit on 12/29/Jeff wanted me to come in anywayI was unable to show on 12/30/I texted Jeff the morning of 12/31/he told me he was home with sick kids, when in fact he was workingThe same companies that Jeff and Pierre Money Mart used on 12/29/we're pulled again on 12/31/Despite the neat and innocent commercials on t.vand radio this company is the definition of a Used Car lot with used car salesmanI was made fully aware of the damage that was caused when I went to another company to purchase a new vehicleI've seen all that were pulled on my Experian, Transunion and Vantage credit reportsMore people need to be made aware of what really happens at Pierre Money MartA lot more honesty from a company that depends on customers would be a minor improvement

I have reviewed the vehicles history and service recordsThis Truck was traded in to *** *** in August of where $2,was spent in reconditioning for various things including upper and lower ball joints, front and rear brakes,
and some other misc itemsWe purchased the vehicle from *** *** for the Vance's but being a with 133K on it the vehicle is and did not carry a warrantyThat said if there is an issue with the speedometer cable we are happy to help resolve that
