our grill hasn't been lighting and can't use was promised parts and service call but know one will call us back and the grill is under warranty We purchased outdoor grill at a pgh Home show and was told grill was under warranty for parts and purchased grill 3/this summer knobs melted off when we first used it for season so paid for delivery and was sent knobs than the grill would not light so contacted Savannah and Yolanda at Orlando Florida customer service they sent me two different parts which doesn't fit my grill I took pictures and called sent numerous emails which I have to send to you and still to this date they have not called me back and when I called last time I talked to there supervisor Alaina and was told she would find a solution and get back to me and still has not I was sent a link by email saying they no longer carry that grill but here is a website to find maybe a partWhen I called the last time I even agreed to pay to get a service call which the

Grilling System is being sold as #grade when essentially it is a #stainless steel on "some parts." We put half a deposit of $for a GSL 32" onJuly 29th sold by Adam at Paradise Grills Direct in Houston, TX [redacted] We were assured that grill was #grade and upon further investigation the grill is actually a # The product that we purchased is not what we are paying for We inquired again with Adam to insure that product was a #grade and he again assured us that yes it was a # He spoke to Cortney at his corporate office and promised to get me actual written documentation confirming product was #grade I have exercised my day right to cancel to no availTo date I have not received any documentation to confirm this grill is a #grade and the company refuses to issue refund This type of practice is not only fraudulent but misleading consumers into paying for products that will not be the quality which they are being charged for

I made a complaint about this business on this site under the name of John SI was contacted the next day by the company whereby they listened to my issuesThey sent a fedex package the next day to me to provide me with all of the parts I needed to finish my grill install The grill is now working and I am pleased with the results!

Joey, at the [redacted] , sold us on a Paradise grill There was no pressure to buy and he was informative and polite I would certainly, recommend Joey for your outdoor kitchen equipment need We are expecting our grill to be delivered tomorrow...to be continued

Working with Paradise Grilling System was fantasticFrom the sales team to the production staff and installation team my wife and I could not have been happierThey delivered and installed our Tahiti bar in Septfrom FL to NJ and we're very professionalThe install team went over everything and ran down a check list to insure we were satisfiedA few of the bar chair were slightly damaged with a couple of scrapes, the install team said, not a problem we will ship you new onesI was amazedThis was on of the best experiences we hadI highly recommend them if you are looking for an outdoor grilling system without the mess of having one custom built on siteAll my friends love our custom outdoor grilling system that we have Thanks a bunch Paradise Grilling System!

I would like to update my complaint Paradise Grilling Systems has come out and made repairs and replaced grill and refrigeratorThank you for following up with us and fixing all of the problems

We purchased an outdoor grill/kitchen from this company based off a "Pristine" floor model This was in Janand we were required to put 1/down The delivery was scheduled for the first of May but as the deadline came near we received a call to postpone the delivery due to scheduling difficulties with the freight company We had already been waiting month with them having $3,of our moneyI said I wanted to cancel and buy locally which I would have been able to take delivery right awayI was told that the deposit was nonrefundable to which I replied that would only be the case if they honored their end They finally agreed and we received the unit May 8th The quality of the unit was no where near what they presented at the show There were tiles broken, chipped and some completely unattached You can see that they were not glued down, only grouted and most of the grout had chunks missing along the entire bottom On Top the tiled was smeared with a film indicating that they didn't even bother to clean all the gout awayOn the truck you could see that they just stacked them in and packed the truck full They are just wrapped in plastic, not even crated The drivers came prepared with stucco and grout and tried to fix the issues They were at our home for hours and none of the "fixes" workedObviously this happens a lot I refused to sign the satisfaction part of the paperwork I called the company immediately the next business day and said this was completely unacceptable They needed to replace it For $I did not wand another "Fix" I was told I had to wait till mid June when a manager would be in the area as they we based out of Florida and didn't have anyone in the Minneapolis area They day they were to arrive I received a call telling me that they were having trouble with their truck and the 'service crew' would be delayed! I was very upset, I was waiting for a manage not a service crew They said that the driver had been with them for years and was their best guy and would be able to repair it to my satisfaction By now I had been told they would send a manager, then it was actually a service crew and now it was the driver who would be able fix things! During the delayed delivery issue they made if sound like it was an outside freight company having the issue!! At this point I just wanted the truck coming to take the thing back and give me my money After several emails and promised call backs by a supervisor, nothing happenedOh, and at one point they told me that as it had been so long, there wasn't much they could do!! It had only been so long because THEY weren't available!! We still have yet to use the unit We have missed entertaining on Mothers Day, Memorial Day, my sons 30th Birthday, and Fathers day all because we have been waiting, not wanting to touch the thing I have absolutely no confidence in this company nor their products! I just want the unit out of my pool area and my money back I have filed a dispute with my credit card company which is why I'm not filing a complaint here I have pictures of the unit and would be happy to share with anyone who would like to see them! Hopefully my credit card company will resolve this in my favor I would like to replace this with one locally in time for my husbands 60th in August!!!

Product was delivered Incomplete, damaged and Defective Our Grill was delivered on July 1) Contract called for lights in the shelf area and none are present (Notified on July 28th) 2) During delivery to the show room, the counter was damaged and repairedThe repairs are poorly doneThe granite is leveled, grout is missing in serveral Areas (Notified July 28th) 3) The drip pans were overheated in the corners during construction and rusted within the first few daysThe rust then ran down the face of the unit and can not be removedA replacement pan is showing the same signs(Notified August 15) 4) Stainless Steel Screws were used to secure the SS Doors and Drawers to the the Carbon Steel Frame and are rusting (Notified August 15) 5) Radio is installed directly under the sinkA Splash guard is needed to protect the radio in the event a leak develops between the sink and counter top(Notified October 9)

We were delivered years ago and we are very pleased with our outdoor kitchenWe submitted a warranty claim for a new igniter for my grill and it arrived within a week of my requestI am so pleased with the staff at this companyThey really value each customer

This company is slow to address repair issues, does not communicate well and sends unqualified people to fix the problem resulting in multiple visits In I purchased the Fiji model outdoor kitchen The unit was delivered first thing on the date of delivery The delivery and setup went well as the delivery company was friendly and seemed quite capable However I soon noticed a light switch on the unit which controlled power to the under counter lights did not workParadise asked me to fix it myself I couldn't They sent someone to the house (a deliveryman who was in the area) He wired it wrong and tripped a breaker in my house Then they mailed a new set of lights for me to install They didn't work A second repair/delivery crew was sent to get the lights working They couldn't Finally a new light system was built in the warehouse and installed by a third delivery crew This entire process took months The reason is that Paradise is very slow to return calls and

recieved damaged product We purchased a $grill from this company when it was delivered to our home in March we signed a document stating we did not view and unpack the grilling systems because it could not be unpacked and set up because our patio had not been poured yet in our back yard When we finally unpacked the grill system the door for the refrigerator was dented I have pictures After a month of communicating with the company they agreed to send another door This took many phone callls and emails on my part The second door came last week and it was a used door with finger prints, smudges , scratches and just obvioulsy usedIt was packaged well so it could not of recieved scratches in shipment I emailed them again explaining that this door was also unexceptable for a $$grilling systemWE want a brand new door or refrigerator I asked through and email for an owner to call me since the girls in the office could not provide the customer servic

I bought a grill at the Boston boat show in and have yet to receive it I have been told several times it will be delivered and never has been In at the Boston Boat show I put a deposit down on $for a grilling system that would be delivered in the fall of when my house was finished In I spoke with them and set up a delivery for June of and was told that the truck was going to be able to deliver until September of Needless to say the grill never showed up so in winter I called and spoke to Courtney Rollo the operations manager with my lawyer She assured me that I would get a call in June to setup delivery of my system She also emailed me a recap of our conversation and lone and behold the grill never showed up Today is 8/17/and I have emailed her several times and she has yet to reply and I still don't have my grilling system

Paradise grill has contacted me and resolved my issue

We spent $13,in March 2018.Thatch roof fell apart,stucco is chipped and cracked,chairs falling apart.Company told us to fix it ourselves We paid $13,for outdoor kitchen in March In less than months the thatch roof completely fell apart, the stucco is chipped and cracked, and out the chairs are falling apartThe response from the company was buy a new thatch, call the company that manufactures the chairs and buy a stucco repair product from [redacted]

Our overall experience was exceptionalThe girls in the office who helped us with our delivery and the delivery crew that installed our kitchen were top notchI highly recommend this companyEasiest purchase I've ever madeWe love it!
