Review: When we signed the contract for [redacted] to be our wedding photographer we choose the option of paying $500 towards a credit to buy pictures after our wedding, by paying ahead of time we also would get 20% off all photo orders. It took 3months to see any of our wedding photos and it was only after numerous phone calls were made and emails were sent. In January we decided to order a wedding album to use the $500 credit. After exchanging emails about the album I believed the communication had gotten better but as soon as I sent the email stating which pictures we had selected we never heard back. We were told the first step of the album process could take 6-8 weeks. After 4 months and still no word back I tried contacting the studio. My calls went unreturned as they had 4months early. I finally got ahold of [redacted] through Facebook where he gave me his cell phone number and email which I have tried contacting him through. It has now been another month of me leaving voice mails that go unanswered.Desired Settlement: We are no longer interested in ordering any photos and would like our $500 back.

I spoke with [redacted] after I placed the complaint. He stated he would refund the $500.00 on 6/30/14. However until I receive the money I do not feel the complaint is resolved due to previous experiences.

A certified check was sent out on Tuesday, July 8th and should be received this week.

Review: I placed an on-line order on 9/5/13 for 2 photos (8x10 and 4x6) that totaled $92.50. My credit card was charged immediately, however I have yet to receive my order. The receipt that was sent to my email indicates that we can track the order as it progresses through the system but there is no information available. We have placed 4 calls throughout the month of November with not a single response or acknowledgment of our calls/concerns/non-receipt of the products we ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my items as ordered. The order # is [redacted].

I received an email on December 10 from Pierre stating that my order would be shipped to me on December 11. I have not received it yet.

We communicated by email regarding her request to receive her print order by Christmas and assured her that it would ship by December 11th. We shipped her prints as promised. Just prior to Christmas she cancelled her order and we received a charge back notice from our credit card company on her order. The next day we received the shipment back from the post office marked address undeliverable. I'm not sure why the address on her order came back undeliverable, however, we are now contacting her to offer her the files of the prints that she ordered for free since we were unable to deliver her prints to by the holiday deadline.

Review: We were married on August 3rd, 2013 and Pierre was our wedding photographer - since then we have had a heck of a time getting a hold of him and getting services that we have ordered. I often email him and get a response that something will be in in a few weeks then no response for months. I did get a few of the items I ordered this past weekend. I ordered these items in November and December.

We have photo credit that we have not yet cashed in because getting it is so difficult. We are also owed three albums. One large and two smaller matching. We were warned that they would take 4-6 months but we submitted our photos in January and have yet to even look at a first draft. I have an email where the outline the timetable.

I have kept all of the emails since that has been our primary communication - his voicemail box at the office has been full for months and unable to leave messages. I received my photos this weekend because I gave up and called his cell phone.Desired Settlement: We really just want our albums that we paid so much for in a timely manor but if he can't deliver we would just like our money back.

Thank you for the update. I am meeting with our client today to finalize their design and submit their albums for the final printing process. The print orders were delivered to their home last month and their final metal mural is ready today as well.

Review: Ever since our wedding in May 2014, contact with Pierre and his staff has been difficult and rare. Per our contract with him, we purchased the $500 wedding credit to be used towards prints as well as we were supposed to receive accordion photo books. I placed a $415 order for prints on April 14 2015 with the instructions in a note on the order as we were instructed to do, that our wedding credit should be used. Well, it did not get used and our credit card was billed. As far as the accordion books, in an email to his assistant Sarah in February 2015, listed the photos that we wanted to be included but I have received absolutely no response. His inability to be contacted especially now that his business number has been disconnected is very frustrating. I have left multiple voicemails on his cell phone and many emails over the past few months. I am familiar with another couple who had him photograph their wedding in the summer of 2012 and they too have not received their orders.Desired Settlement: We really would like our order for the prints ( 6 5x7 and 3 8x10) and accordion books to be fulfilled. We also desire a refund to our credit card for the prints that should have been taken from our wedding credit. We wish to use the rest of the wedding credit that we paid for but if we can't we would like a refund.
