This us a completelyfalse statement. I tried for months or have an engineer come out to my home and NOBODY ever came. I finally received a CALL, not a visit, for an "engineer" and he stayed on the phone with me and talked ME through reseting my system! Not the the Engineer, ME the costomer. The engineer concluded to tell me the reason why my invert system NEVER produced and energy  was because the original technicians never synced my system and or the inverter that Pierro Construction installed had a computer glitch. That is a blaten lie from this company.After 20 plus complaints and 16 months of my system producing ZERO energy I finally got a technician on the phone. Not a visit to my home. A phone call. This company is so poorly run and it's employees lie at any cost. They throw their costomer under the bus and then point the finger at the costomer as if they are to blame. This ahs been the most disturbing and disgusting business practice I have yet to experience.Their outlandish lies to the consumer are OUTRAGEOUS.Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction if you ever are propositioned by this company! m

Dear Ms. [redacted]:Ms. [redacted] is attempting to perpetrate a fraud on PIERRO and the HERO PROGRAM the project lender. I encourage you to contact Robert [redacted] the compliance officer for the HERO PROGRAM, lender on the project and discuss the [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] project with him. You will...

learn that Mr. [redacted] an independent sales person sold a solar contract to Ms. [redacted] for approximately $42,995.00. Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted], over inflated the contract price by approximately $23,144.44, with a side agreement that once the project was funded Mr. [redacted] would split the commission with Ms. [redacted].Apparently, Mr. [redacted] reneged on the side agreement and Ms. [redacted] started complaining by filing complaints against PIERRO with the CSLB and Revdex.com. The HERO PROGRAM started a fraud investigation and concluded that PIERRO and the HERO PROGRAM were victims of a scam operation between Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted].I have talked personally with Mr. [redacted] and he has indicated that Mr. [redacted] has issued a check to the HERO PROGRAM which has in turn been credited to the loan received byMs. [redacted].We are currently in the process of filing a civil action against Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted], as they have both damaged the reputation of PIERRO.Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information or assistance.Sincerely,

We agreed to leave the solar panels in the place they had installed them even though thats not what I had asked for and had requested in writing.
