I am rejecting this response because:This is my first time hearing that I placed the shoe boxes by the trashThe day it happened the front desk said that they made a mistakeNow they were placed by the trash? That's a lieI did not leave the shoe boxes by the trash canThe shoe boxes were on top of my suitcase so they would know not to touch themSo whoever it was went out there way to throw the boxes away What hotel room has trash cans big enough to fit shoe boxes anyway? Why would I put shoe boxes, that I want to keep by a trash canSounds like the company is making excuses for the mistake they madeMy shoe boxes might have been taken home by the staffI can't see someone just taking it upon theirselves to throw away nice shoe boxesI'm glad I took my small bag with my personal itemsIt probably would have ended up in the so called trashI see you never can be too carefulThis is why I'm always skeptical about letting strangers clean my room with my belongings in the roomCan't trust anyone these daysAll the hotels I have stayed in this has never happened, and I take shoe boxes with me every time I stay at a hotelAlso I was told that they were placed by the recycle and picked up on a Sunday? I didn't know the recycle worked on a Sunday.

he first complained, the large trash and recycling bins had not yet been dumped by our trash service, yet he wasn't willing to go look for them, even with our helpThis led me to believe it wasn't as important as he was trying to make us believe.If he wasn't willing to help resolve the issue, we couldn't do much more.
