While reviewing my Equifax report I found a derogatory mark from this a collection agency Credit ManagementI do not recognise or recall this debt or have any unpaid billsI have not signed any contracts with this company or its original creditorThis is a mistake on the company's part and needs to be removed from my credit report

I do not have a contract with Credit Mangement LP I am not liable for collection of this debt from Comcast CentralI am not responsible for this debt
I sent comcast their equipment back and paid them in full and was still charged as if they never received the equipmentI have contacted them several times to try to correct this matter with no resolution

I cancelled Comcast (phone, TV, internet) approximately three weeks ago I returned all of my equipment to the Comcast Service Center on Johns Island, SC Everything was intact and I was told that I would be receiving a refund as I had paid in advance I received two calls on my cellphone saying that they were a collection agency and I needed to pay them or my credit rating would be affected They would not explain what I need to pay for Since I also have Comcast business (internet only) I had no idea what I could possibly owe for I have tried to contact Comcast Collection on three occasions and I have had the phone ring for 5-minutes each time and then disconnect I am FED UP with Comcast
