I am writing to your office with regards of www.pigeons4sale.com not sending the payment to me for the 4-birds I've sold from their website totaling $270.00

The first 2-birds I've sold was on May 01, 2013. Four birds was mailed viaUSPS Express Mail.

After 2-weeks, I've send several emails reminding them about the payment. But what I've got is their automatic "Vacation Reply Message".

June 06, 2013 I received an email that the check will be sent the following day. I received a check on June 22 for the amount of $116 (check dated: 06/15/2013).

They still owe me $154.00

Again, I send them several emails explaining the total amount for 4-birds. But they never reply back.

Please, I need your help regarding this issue.

Review: Pigeons4sale.com is an auction website which I used to sell few of my birds. My auctions ended with offers of $120 and &70 and ended on July 15th and 18th. The website owners collected money from buyers ($190 + $110 for shipping) and notified me that I'm all set to ship these pigeons. I did ship them right after they told me that payments were made. Unfortunately after that they stopped answering to my emails. They answered once ( on September 6th) asking me if I have Paypal account but that was it. Never sent the money. I searched online and I found out that people have had similar problems with them before, they were not getting paid or not getting their birds.Desired Settlement: They charge 20% commission so after that they owe me $262 for the birds I sent. There is so many complaints on this website that I believe the website should not exist. I think most of the people do not file complaints thinking that it's not worth it for couple hundreds dollars but they're getting paid for something they didn't own. It's not right.

I have buyers emails if they will be needed, they will verify that they paid and received pigeons.
