as we discussed over the phone on several occasions I cant pay for a rental that is not my shops fault your insurance paid for a used engine we bought it from where they said to buy it from and they admitted fault and paid for it all over again you where kept in the loop on this several times as for the lost or stolen items you had been here and left with the car on more then one occasion we have gone through the shop and cant find anything that would have belonged to you or your family IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID these things were missing before you actually left the shop or had some prof that those items where there we would have grounds to replace them as far as my poor customer service you know as well as I do that you paying for a rental has nothing to do with that you paid for a rental because the car was left here by the [redacted] dealer for how many days and then the insurance company payed for a used engine and it was bad as well how is that the shops fault I cant do anything about what happed in the past as fare as bad customer we can just pick up and move on

you are the one making the complaint you tell me

again there is no proof of my company or employees steeling anything from your used not brand new spare tire

well considering the car was towed in on 1/and the insurance showed up on 1/and left a estimate for repairs @ 5pm so parts where ordered on 1/we don't work on the weekends we didn't get the 1st part until 1/so we couldn't get any work done without the parts here the insurance company is the
ones that located the parts through a company called lkq they are the ones that delayed the repairs however once the parts came in they where not up too par as far as a quality part s o they where returned and the insurance was contacted on the 1/and requested a supplement the insurance didn't show up until 1/as of the 19th we where able to proceed with the repairs my company you are holding responsible for the delays according to this bogus Revdex.com complaint so I couldn't work on the car until 1-because of either insurance company delays or parts delays how is this my fault my estimators update you almost everyday my *** ratings are a stars out of

Unfortunately Estex collision doesn't own any wreckers or employ and wreckers she was advised by the wrecker driver that eastex collision discounts deductibles and she was advised by Ruben that we do discount deductibles depending on the amount of repairs and was told weeks before picking up
her vehicle that there was no way the shop could discount any of her deductible that the repair was not big enough to absorb any of the deductible eastex collision repair has done a investigation and cant find any similar complaints matching any similarities

Well as I told you over the phone when you where screaming and cursing and saying insulting thing my company will not help someone that is insulting as you you have no proof that my shop did such a thing we repair over cars a year I don't need your spare tire my company owns several cars
repairs several cars and has been in business for over plus years and have never been acused of theft EVER if you would have been a little more civil about the situation I would have helped and done a customer service gesture and helped you out but due to your vulgar actions and foul mouth and insults you are not getting help here

we are very sorry its been a hassle for you unfortunately we cant control the situation on parts that are miss boxed by the dealer or damaged when they show up for assembly what I can do is see why there is a lack of communication on our estimators behalf to you

that was never in the original complaint you original complaint was about taking to long with the car and your rental expense

Revdex.com: The only response I need to hear from this company is that they will return my brand new spare tire. This company is getting over not only with me but several other customers as well. The fact still remains that this company has irresponsible employees working at this business. I'll say this again it is not my responsibility to call and remind or even to ask do you have my tire. My car was at this place for approximately 6 weeks I know what was there it is my car and it is paid for. Dustin said to me "how do I even know if you had a tire in your car". Because I told you it was there and my husband can verify that it is so. This business wouldn't have to worry about horrible reviews or getting reported to the Revdex.com if they would be honest and loyal to they're customers. I'm not getting paid to call and ask questions or check on my belongings that was one of the main issues I had with this company from the start. No one ever called me to keep me informed on the progress,status,problems with my car I always had to call them. A customer should be exactly that a customer not an employee. Better yet why didn't any one that works at this business call me to say we have your tire here sorry about that can you come to pick it up. I't's because they never planned on calling me they were hoping that I would forget about it but I haven't. To everyone that works there I hope it makes you feel wonderful to take from a person that doesn't have much. If you think for one second that you will be blessed by plotting on innocent customers just know that every will have a day to answer for wrong doing.

after several attempts to contact you the price will remain the original price Daniel says that he made several attempts to contact you in regards to the preparation of each panel so he took it upon himself to have the job done correctly and have the painter strip the old paint off which did make...

the original bill go up however since the there was no negotiation for the price going up Daniel will be paying the difference since he approved it

this persons car has been given back to them to my knowledge there are no issues with the repair we did issue them a credit on the repaired towards their deductible to help compensate there out of pocket expences on there rental

For my resolution and meeting in the middle I will agree to resolve this issue with a payment from Eastex of $447.24!  That Is half of the price of the Car rental that  I paid a total of $895.48 and feel should be paid in total by your shop but that does not seem to be feasible for Eastex Collision!  So I am willing to come to this agreement! I have attached the receipt should you need to see documentation of charges allotted. May I also add that both of my kids scooters were stolen out of my trunk along with several other small items in which I called Eastex the same day and spoke to ** and he said he would check the shop and get back to me but he never did! He said that when cleaning out the trunk for the Ozone treatment one of the guys may have placed them on the side and just forgot to put them back in the trunk which ok that's understandable but I received no follow up back so I presume they were stolen! You should really look into that, as someone is obviously stealing from your establishment. I know you are not responsible for lost or stolen items and I will get no compensation for it but how would you feel if this happen to your kids! There is no reason for me to fabricate this as the scooters cost maybe $70.00 a piece! Its the principle of someone taking items that do not belong to them and belong to your customer along with  a 5 and 7 year old whom enjoyed them!!  As I have told you I manage an establishment myself and trust my team but also listen to our customers when it comes to these types of situations.
