Worst ever in Pontotoc miss
Piggly Wiggly is the worst store in Pontotoc miss. Sorriest employers there black or white I hate that damn store and will never shop there again. This black b[censored] works up there all she does is stand around thinking she looks pretty which she isn't. Blaa with Piggly Wiggy needs to close to high prices.

Racist Piggy
My sisters and I shopped at a Piggly Wiggly recently upon relocating for college in Florida, specifically their location in Milton. We didn't appreciate being openly gawked at by the cashier who gave us the evil eye the moment we walked into the store and over to the vegetables. We were dressed appropriately and were not being disruptive at all. Still, she leered at us. Despite this very rude and unsettling behavior, we continued our shopping. While she rang up our items, we silently took note of the way she slammed/tossed our groceries into bags quite carelessly, compared to the gentle treatment our fellow, white shoppers received. Upon leaving, my twin noticed the cashier leering at us on the way out in which she asked, "Sorry. Is there a problem?" The cashier remained silent. Didn't say a word. Just glared at us, then turned around and walked off. We will not be returning to this store and that is a promise. What ridiculous behavior. I guess seeing three young, biracial women is very disturbing to her.

Why keep this store open?
I have visited the Pooler, GA location 3 times and I do not believe I will ever return to this store. Customer service is almost no existent. On two occasion I have stood at the customer service counter for over three minutes each time attempting to get some assistance from the unhappy employee's, that will not leave their lofty pedestal, only to shout back and forth when they final acknowledge your presence.

My first visit to this store in attempt to acquire a "pig" customer loyalty card. "We don't have any."

The second visit, was quite entertaining with the woman stocking the frozen food section cursing and complaining to herself that good easily be heard morwe than 30 feet away. A few of us customers had a few good laughs, although good be offensive to quite a few customers here in the south. Still no "pig" customer loyalty cards. Although, this time I was told that the cashier would provide a courtesy scan at the register during check out.

My third visit this morning. entrance door still locked at 7:05 am. Had to go to customer service to get someone to go to the register, no cash drawer yet. Was finally able to get a "pig" card, but not able to use it with the disgruntled cashier.

The employee's at this location make a customer feel as if they are burden to them. There are many other options for acquiring one's groceries. I believe I will have to bypass this store and utilizes my other options.

Sorry to be a bother to the Pooler, Georgia store.

Poor deli service
Deli at Gallipolis, Ohio gives very poor service, when you give them a # to set the slice for, they don't t know what you are talking about. Maybe they should step around the counter and read the Boars Head sign. Also they do not know how to use the slicer, a slice will be thin on one side and thick on the other. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

Duel barcodes
My wife and I shopped at the Piggly Wiggly in Iuka, MS Friday 7/10. Returning home we discovered an item on our receipt we had not bought and an item we had bought that was missing from the receipt. (We purchased an in store chicken pot pie for $4.99 and was charged for Nestle's FC chicken for $6.99). Returning to the store we were treated like we were trying to pull a fast one by claiming the item we had was mischarged. The manager gave us the price difference ($2.00) with an attitude more of just getting rid of us than investigating what caused the price difference. Back home again I discovered a second barcode on the box which scanned for the Nestle chicken product at the higher price.

In response to the customer complaint submitted on 8/2/with the assigned ID of [redacted] , the customer was contacted the following day by phone by the store manager And after a brief conversation as to how we could be of service, Ms [redacted] agree to return to the store and buy the diet DrPepper at the sale price as she originally wanted By the end of the transaction, Ms [redacted] agreed she was satisfied with having the opportunity to purchase the product at the sale price After investigating the original sale we found a oversite on the store level, which caused the diet DrPepper to not ring up at the sale price Steps have been taken to avoid a reoccurrenceIf you are in need of any additional information please feel free to contact me at any timeThank-you for your assistance [redacted] STORE DIRECTOR5725Piggly Wiggly Midwest #ECAPITAL DR

money’s from our customers and not provide there service. I had a meeting with our Residential service Coordinator and it was an error on his part, although I’m the Owner and I’m responsible. Review: I made a purchase of 9 Weight Watcher meals and presented a coupon for $3.00; as I have done many times before without an issue. The clerker refused to accept the coupon, stating we don't accept coupons over $2.00. I asked, since when? I was told "always". I asked where does it say that? At this point they pointed to a poster (with small print) across the store behind the customer service desk. They called the manager over, Greg, who was rude and said that is our policy. I said that I never had this problem before, but he refused to even give me $2.00 off if that was there limit?

I am a disabled veteren who just had a stroke and this was my first trip to shop here in about three months. Last time I came to this location the same young asst. manager (long brown hair) was rude and demanded I move faster in finding my coupons or you will have to just leave your items. I told that is why I stopped shopping here once before.

I don't understand the lack of concern for senior citizens with disabilies. I have limited use of my left hand and must take things slow or I will drop things.

I left very upset.Desired Settlement: I desire an apology and $3.00 for the coupon I was not allowed to use.
