Piggy Pajamas

Review: I ordered a pair of pajamas for my wife for a gift. She currently has a pair of size Small pajamas from Piggy Pajamas. I ordered her a size Medium for the gift, because the small is a little tight. The medium are HUGE. They are way too big, they are big enough to fit me. I emailed Piggy Pajamas (after calling their custom service line, was instructed to email for quicker service). I emailed Piggy Pajamas first on 9/13/15 to request return. No response. I emailed Piggy Pajamas again on 9/30/15. Still no response. I have tried to call their customer service line multiple times - there is never anyone who answers the phone. Only leave voicemail, which I have done. This is awful customer service.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is a response from this company, and instructions on how to return.
