When I moved to pike co1yr ago I had trouble getting a water billMonth and a half after living here my water was shut off with no notice and tagged with $lock fee to turn back onI was upset with no notice and no warning and had to barrow the money to get turned back onThe lady at counter said the bill is always due on the 15th never living in this county new knowledge to me it was notedI moved on from this and have been paying something every month usually more than the billRecently in April I got married and left the bill til after the honeymoon and it wasn't shut off for the $I owed my next bill came up so I paid $this catching my bill up the month of May my bill is $dollars and isnt paid by the 31st my water was shut off with no disconnect notice once again besides I found out later they send out automatic computer phone messages they say that they dont have to follow the law about having a mailed paper disconnection I never answer wierd numbers because of te

The customer completed a form and provided her contact information. All bills are due the 15th and we do allow an extra few days before the 10% penalty is applied.
