HE IS A THIEF AND THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR HIS BUSINESS JUST WISHED I WOULD HAVE CHECKED HIS RATING BEFORE I HIRED HIM! HE WAS GIVEN CASH MONEY TO DO SOME REPAIRS TO OUR CAMPER, KEPT IT FOR MONTHS WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IT BACK THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS LEAKING WATER AND IT WOULD RUN NON STOP FOR HOURS BEFORE IT WOULD SHUT OFF I CALLED HIM AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND ALSO TOLD HIM I NEEDED THE INVOICE AND WARRANTY/ PAPERWORK FOR THE A/C.....EVERYTIME I OR MY HUSBAND WOULD ASK HIM TO BRING THE PAPERWORK HE WOULD ALWAYS HAVE SOME SORT OF REASON WHY HE COULDNT BRING IT OR HE WOULD SAY HIS FIANCE' WOULD DROP IT OFF.....WELL WE NEVER GOT ITI FINALLY TOLD HIM I DIDN'T THINK THE THERMOSTAT AND RETURN AIR GRILL WERE NEW, HE AGREED AND TOLD ME THEY WERE USED BUT PROMISED THAT THE UNIT ITSELF WAS NEWAFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS, PHONE CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES ETC., TO TRY AND GET HIM TO COME AND CHECK THE UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING BAD AND RUNNING C

*** told me that the camper repairs would be completed to my satisfaction or I would be entitled to a refund Some of the work he did was correct but the following issues were not addressed and he refuses to reimburse for materials, shoddy workmanship or return to finish the installation The flooring he laid is off-center with the rest of the trailers floor He has multiple seams (some overlapping) and the glue didn't hold He never returned to do the "free" installation of the awning we purchased When he returned the camper from his home it was missing a brand new in the box septic hose kit and of the leveling jack stands were missing He replaced the stands with mismatched ones, never replaced the hose set and complained that "he suspected he had a thief up the road" He and his crew managed to melt my electrical plug adapter and he promised to replace it One of the windows he replaced broke upon install and he never measured or replaced it

Paid for a job in full he did not complete it and the A/c still leaks
on Oct9th, Mr*** came to my camper to fix the A/c and the hot water heaterHe stated the part would be in by Oct.19thI had to call him multiple times because the A/c still leaks and he still has not installed the part for the hot water heaterHe told me he could not handle the work he had and he would bring my money backHe now refuses to refund my money and nothing has been fixed
