[redacted] told me that the camper repairs would be completed to my satisfaction or I would be entitled to a refund Some of the work he did was correct but the following issues were not addressed and he refuses to reimburse for materials, shoddy workmanship or return to finish the installation The flooring he laid is off-center with the rest of the trailers floor He has multiple seams (some overlapping) and the glue didn't hold He never returned to do the "free" installation of the awning we purchased When he returned the camper from his home it was missing a brand new in the box septic hose kit and of the leveling jack stands were missing He replaced the stands with mismatched ones, never replaced the hose set and complained that "he suspected he had a thief up the road" He and his crew managed to melt my electrical plug adapter and he promised to replace it One of the windows he replaced broke upon install and he never measured or replaced it
