Awful salesmen who totally disregard any of your concernsDON'T tell them you're looking around at other dealers or they won't give you the time of day until you verbally commit to giving your business to them exclusivelyThe salesman just talked around my desire for a mechanic to look over the used car I was buying and then totally tried to gloss over how much a warranty adds to the cost of the car as we had to come to an agreement on how much the car cost before we were allowed to discuss warranty pricesI felt like I had to be a total b-word just to be heard in the slightestLots of hidden costs and be sure to look over each and every contract with a fine tooth combTWICEEven then you'll probably still find you've been screwed over after you've left the lotAfter this terrible experience I don't think I'll ever buy a car from a dealership againAvoid at all costs

My husband and I went into the used car lot to purchase a dependable family car we found one that we would be financed with and absolutely loved when we test drove ran fineWe purchased it on a Saturday on Sunday the check engine light came on and air bag light we called *** the sales manager right away he said bring it to him he will look at it and see what he canHe had a sales men clear the lights and sent me on my wayThe lights kept coming on we kept in contact with them *** said to bring to t the service station it would not start we could not get it there until we had it towed*** the service manager was great the whole time communicated what she couldThen after many calls with no return from *** finally got a hold of him and was told to come pick up the carWe asked did you fix it he said no just come get itAt that point we contact *** the General Manager who said he would get things right and make things better after two weeks of them having the car they gave it back to us and it was not fixed and I was strained again with my kids stuck at different schoolsAfter another week and them putting over miles on the car I went to Ford and asked about the problem because the car is a ford they told me they should have had it in the first place because they specialize in itOver and over again tried to get a hold of *** no answer or response waited for min while he was making deals and finally had to go to work After two days I caught him early in the morning asked him about taking it to forward he got very rude and said he has over service guys that are capable of fixing itThen was called by *** that it was at fordFord put a instrument cluster in after a week and we picked up the carWhile leaving *** cam back to me said we were t pay have [er *** I told her *** has never spoken to us about that after many attempt to contact himShe asked me to come in and speak with him I didHe greeted me with a smile I said I do no understand and called my husband on speaker my husband said we are not paying anything we did not discuss that *** the general manager then slammed his hands on the table started yelling and stormed out leaving me to sit their the general manager went out to *** started yelling at her I asked to speak to his boss he said there is no other boss just him and I am not leaving with the car until he gets his money I told him I did not sign anything that states we would pay they agreed to fix it he kept yelling I asked him to calm down he would not calm down so I left with my vehicleThen called *** saying sorry she is in the middle and I would like to speak with the owner I sent an email and voice mails no call back this Stared on July 12th and my car is broke down days after picking it up from Acura with same problem no call back or response from anyone at Acura

I found a used vehicle and put down a good faith deposit that this dealer told me is refundable if I found reason(s) to not purchase the vehicle. The online information indicated the vehicle to be maintained and no accidents.

I was told that I could have the vehicle inspected by a third party mechanic. After this inspection the mechanic found numerous issues including: accident damage and additional repairs. The total cost to fix all the issues were nearly $3500.

After I was provided this information from the mechanic, I drove the vehicle back to the dealer. I told the dealer about these issues and that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle for what I thought were valid and obvious reasons. I did not want a vehicle involved in an accident and has so many repair costs. This vehicle did not meet my expectations and did not represent what I read on their website and told via phone calls and texts.

The dealer then told me he was not going to refund my $500 deposit. He even said he did not believe the mechanic's findings.

I am concerned this dealer does not honor their refundable good faith deposit policy. I am also concerned that I could have purchased this vehicle if not for the foresight to have it inspected by a third party mechanic.

Day 6 dealing with PP Acura Traded a car in I was upside in and had been paying $700.00+ for 4 years and more to go. I purchased an RDX from a very outgoing salesman and ended up paying $10,000.00 cash towards deal and unfortunately was tired and fell into what I now know is scheme car dealers do to clients, how sad - I am very trusting lady and now I have two choices to buy my old car back and be $7000.00 + upside down or buy another car and still be upside down $7000.00 + I have to take on the add-ons they talked me into my next car. The reason I don't like the RDX is it has a terribly bumpy ride and you get bounced around I need to have a smooth ride vehicle. At one time the GM Brett said I could have my car back but he would keep the $10,000.00 I said that is not right and he said that is how it is, he was very rude. I talked with the Manager of the entire dealership and he was wanting to help but after he talked with Brett he was to busy to take any more time with me.
