I called Pikes Peak Windows and Doors and arraigned a estimate to replace my patio door. This is a three panel door with a center operating panel, a large custom door for sure. Since the estimate date ( 7-14-2020 ), by a nice gentleman Gus who was very knowledgeable, I have made several attempts to contact the company and have left messages on every number they have. No one has called me back. For all the good things this company offers, no response on all my calls made to arrange an acceptance and installation for the job, gives me a bad feeling about them. Horrible way to do business. I can only think about a response needed if I had an issue . Paul T homeowner

Cynthia, we want to sincerely apologize for the atypical experience with our company. We have been undergoing some transitions and have been severely understaffed which had made it hard to keep up. This situation is being rectified, as our customer relations is of the utmost importance to us. We have established ourselves well over the last 8 yrs and desire to remain in the best standing with our customers and community we offer our services to. We continue to have the same consistent installation crews and the same great products, with the addition of some new options, for the best quality install that we have provided in the past. I wish we would have the opportunity to show you our top-quality installations and typical customer service. We do wish you the best.
I researched companies in the Colorado Springs area and found that through the Revdex.com and all other media such as *** and *** they were rated very high. I had several companies come out to do an estimate. Out of all the companies I took bids from, Pikes Peak Windows and doors was by "far" the least expensive to have QUALITY (not builders grade) windows installed. Today was my day! They were to show up by 10am... they showed up at 9:30am...the gentlemen that started the install were very polite and personable. Chris and Kevin introduced themselves and were very informative with the procedure. They were very clean and precise. Within a short time a second team showed up... Andrew and Cameron! The hardest part of the install was trying to tell the difference between Chris and Cameron!
