On July 05/I initiated a call to one of the properties managed by Tesco Properties Memphis Tn regarding Grace Place retirement Center at Wilson Road Memphis Tn I attempted to check back with Ms Carolyn B [redacted] to explore a possible vacancy I spoke to a Ms G [redacted] who rudely advised that Ms B [redacted] was not thereI proceeded to ask if I could leave Ms B [redacted] a message and was hung up on I attempted to call back twice and there was noanswerIt occurred to me that there might be caller ID on the telephone office phone, so I recalled from my cell phone noand got an answerI first ask if I was speaking to Ms G [redacted] and she acknowledged that she was Ms G**I tried to explain to Ms G [redacted] that I had previously call to speak to Ms B [redacted] and was hung up on Ms G [redacted] screamed at me and said in a condesending manner "I ask if I could help you and you said no"I advised Ms G [redacted] that that was not true and that she hung the telephone up in my face and That I did not appreciate it and intended to report the incidentI have reported the incident to Tesco I have since been told that others have had similar encounters with Ms G** I am writing this review so that other will be aware of this unprofessional behavior
