I agree *** **This is absolutely unacceptable on our behalf.After years in business and three years at this location I expect top notch service for our customers and am looking closely at the situation and will take action to insure that there is an improvement.I left a message at the
telephone number that we have on file for you at 10:am this morning and left you my cell number as well.I have installers working minuets away from you today and can resolve this issue today if it works for you.Please don't hesitate to contact me on my cell number should you have any other issues once this is resolved.We offer a lift warranty on the Bath Fitter products and will honor that warranty.Jimmy
