I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I must restate my initial claim that the screen was not torn prior to the business cutting down the tree Picture #above shows the top of the window open to allow air into our garage Bugs are able to fly in through the garage but unable to find their way out and die As you can see from Picture #1, the branches are laying against our house, and this is where the screen was tornThis tree was nearly as high as the roof of the two-story house Another employee should have tied off the branches and directed them safely to the ground My husband and I have never sued the homeowner for any reason This is a total fabrication on the part of the business! I am not going to further ask the business to pay for the repair of the screen because I know they will not do so Please just record our complaint on the Revdex.com records so that other homeowners do not deal with this businessRegards, [redacted]

Nick called to respond and stated the following: the screen was already torn and there was dead bugs inside the window already before I started the job*** ***, the neighbor who filed the complaint, sued the homeowner for damages to the property regarding another issueI am assuming
this is just retaliation for the previous issue with the homeownerthe hole in the screen is only 1-inches total and it was not caused by me and there is no way it costs $to repair

the window open to allow air into our garage.  Bugs are able to fly in
through the garage but unable to find their way out and die.  As you can see from Picture #1, the branches are laying against our house, and this is where the screen was torn. This
tree was nearly as high as the roof of the two-story house.  Another
