I hired Bathroom Creations to develop rooms in my basement from start to finish this included a piece bathroom, a large studio/craft room and closing in the furnace and laundry roomsI am extremely happy with the work and the end resultI'll hire them again when I'm ready to finish the rest of my basement
I had an appointment scheduled for Ace Plumbing to come to my home for repairs Appointment was from 2- I stayed home from work and received a phone call part way through the day stating "they were unable to make it today" I guess having an appointment and my time don't mean anything to Ace Plumbing I will never call this company again
We had booked an appt with ace plumbing to come by and do some work on our kitchen sinkIt was booked and all was ok They called us a t the time the appt was to be and rescheduled it for the next day This is unacceptable we have no kitchen faucet or sink .I've called ace plumbing twice now and the experience was good but this is disappointing
Ace Plumbing are the best plumbing company in Calgary, and I have used others in the past as a comparisonTheir service is excellent and they are extremely courteous and efficientBernie did a full inspection of all my plumbing, as well as service my furnace and gas fire placeHe asked more than once if I had any questions, and had complete answers to allThere is no question I will use Ace Plumbing in the future

Amazing, speedy service today from Rick With Ace plumbing! He actually fixed everything that was wrong! Amazing! Most times it takes 2 or 3 service calls to get anything done, but he did it right the first time! Finally found a service that does what it says it will do!

Ace plumbing went to my sisters house to do a tune up. The tune up did not match their advertisement. When done the furnace that was tuned was found broken by an emergency company. The ace plumbing man then came to my house and was called on the fabrications of over quoting furnace prices, not following advertised policies, etc, I paid for my sisters work and threw him out. Later we discovered her furnace broken. I informed the Ace plumbing company of this and all I got was a call you back runaround. [redacted]
I had an excellent experience with these fellows. They answered the phone on my first try (which was a unique experience, after hours), they dispatched someone immediately, they were competent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to any homeowner!
