felt as if you are being singled out, you must understand that a flight school is an operation with very close marginsWith that being said, when an instructor and airplane is blocked off for two hours, that instructor and airplane cannot be flown or utilized by anyone elseThus when the instructor does not fly, he does not get paidThat is how they make their living, flyingYou go to any flight school in the world and they will have the same procedure for no call no shows, but it will most likely come out to you being charged the full two hours of airplane and instructor timeWe are fairly lenient with our policyWe also allow warnings, which you had previously used upWe had tried contacting you multiple times for each occurrence to see what was going on but you were unreachableIf you were to contact us and cancel the reservations prior to the time of the flights, it would not have been an issueThe only reason this occurred was because you had neglected to contact us to cancel your scheduled flight lessonsThere was no singling out involved here at allWe apologize for trying to work with you by attempting to contact you numerous times prior to your lessons to try to figure out what was going on to try to help you outThis is the only instance we have had a customer complain about our no call no show policy.
