This email is in response to Revdex.com complaint case number [redacted] According to our records, a vehicle was added to the complainant’s automobile insurance policy on January 14, with coverage effective on December 23, The amount billed for this additional vehicle was valid premium, but at the time we received the complaint we had already waived the premium as the policy was expired.We apologize for any confusion and want to ensure the complainant that their policy is paid in full and that no further invoices will be sent

Dear Sir/Madam: This email is in response to complaint # *** filed on 3/2/by *** *** Pilgrim Insurance Company received the complaint by mail on 3/7/2016. Ms*** reported this claim through her own insurance carrier, ***, and *** was initially handling her
claim Her vehicle was also appraised by ***, though she believed it was appraised by Pilgrim On 3/4/2016, *** contacted Pilgrim to advise that Ms*** intended to file her claim directly with Pilgrim We contacted Ms*** today and included *** in our conversation in order to answer all of her questions and clear up any misunderstandings Based on that conversation, Pilgrim scheduled an appraisal of Ms***’s vehicle and advised her that Pilgrim will now actively handle her claim since she does not carry Collision coverage with *** At this time, however, our investigation into the facts of the claim is ongoing and is being conducted by our Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Once our investigation is concluded, we’ll resolve the claim as appropriate We’ll also continue to keep Ms*** informed of the status of her claim.
