Thank you Revdex.com! Ms*** said it “Best” and exactly what I figured to be true- “we would have considered”Key word here being “considered”Even if the parking staff were not trying to, apparently, distract me and I had seen the damage created by Pilgrim Staff, I’d still be fighting this uphill battleSo much for, claimed, “integrity”Sadly, many have been involved in hit and runs, which are evident hit and runs; the last thing that should happen when you pay $to park your car at what you believe to be a trusted source, is that they are carelessly driving it around. I stand firm in my claim, I’ve had countless professionals look at my car and confirm what I know to be trueI will not, now nor in the future, accept Ms***’s, unattached, disengaged assumption of what she believes the staff did or did not doThank you, again, Revdex.com!Regards,

10/18/2017Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond.  Ms. [redacted] car was inspected.  It is standard practice in the industry.  We park thousands of cars each day and take great pride in providing outstanding customer service and integrity in all situations.  Had Ms. [redacted] made a claim before leaving the garage, we would have considered covering the damage.  However, given it took 2 days to report the condition of the car, therefore, there is absolutely no way she can be sure it happened in our garage.  We have all experienced these types of hit and run situations.  They are very frustrating.  I can understand her passion and frustration; however, Pilgrim Parking cannot take on this liability when there is absolutely no proof it happened in our garage.  Best regards,[redacted], Claims Manager

Thank you, Revdex.com, for being so thorough with my complaint and honoring your mission and desire to treat people equally  I do not accept this response from Pilgrim Parking. There were a ton of distractions, as always when leaving a hotel, prohibiting me, perhaps on purpose, to check my car. I deeply regret not doing so now as I’m paying the price, time and aggravation for Pilgrim Parking not having a better system in place. I live in NYC and all cars are checked before received and upon retrieval to ensure something like this does not happen.  Pilgrim Parking did not check my car before nor after. They are, now, saying they did and have stated there was no damage when they received my car. I know they are being dishonest in this entire situation because there was, in fact, damage on the right side of my car when I gave it to them. They should have a process that ensures the staff are checking the cars in both instances. I’ve taken my car to a few detailers to have it fixed and all have said, what I know to be true, that this was the fault of someone parking the car into a building or structure of some sort. I did not do that and no one else drove my car. I’d never go through such waves and lengths if that were the case  Thank you againRevdex.com. [redacted]Regards,

10/18/2017Response to BBThank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Ms. [redacted] parked her 2016 [redacted] in our [redacted] on 9/29 with a departure date of 10/1.  On 10/3/2017, Ms. [redacted] contacted the garage to make a claim with our manager [redacted]...

[redacted].  Mr. [redacted] took the incident report, which was sent to [redacted], Claims Manager, on 10/3/2014.  Ms. [redacted] indicated on the report that her car's back bumper was scratched and dented while parked at the [redacted] Garage.  [redacted] sent Ms. [redacted] a letter dated 10/4/2017 explaining that Pilgrim Parking, Inc. would not be able to cover the claim because the damage was reported after she had already left the garage.  In fact, it was not reported until 2 days after departure.  [redacted] also communicated with Ms. [redacted] on the phone and via email, again, explaining that our Garage Keeper’s Insurance Company ([redacted] Insurance), is unable to cover damages reported after leaving a facility.  We are certainly not challenging Ms. [redacted]'s honesty; however, there is simply no way to know the damage actually occurred in our facility or by one of our valets.  We take great pride in our reputation and readily take accountability when it is determined damages are our fault. We are compassionate and feel for Ms. [redacted]; however, we strongly feel this complaint is without merit and should be dismissed.Again, we appreciate you giving us this opportunity to clarify the situation.Best regards,[redacted] Claims Manager

To Whom It May Concern, This response is in regards to Complaint # [redacted]. Mr. ** claims he cancelled his monthly parking in August with Pilgrim Parking but he continued to use his monthly parking card in September. I've attached the card usage report, as well as, Mr. **'s monthly agreement with...

Pilgrim Parking.  Mr. ** and the Account Manager of One Greenway came to an agreement that resolved this matter involving another incident that occurred with Mr. **. The outstanding balance of $192.50 has been zeroed out. Also, attached are the emails in regards to the complaint and resolution.   If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact this office at ###-###-####. Sincerely, [redacted] Claim Manager
