Customer called me at the end of the season I told her I couldn’t fix the driveway at the asphalt plant closed for the winter and that I would come out and early April the 3rd week of April when asphalt plants reopened I repaved her driveway and she was happy

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business. Pilgrim Paving also contacted me directly and came out to review the area in question...
with my husband. They have agreed to come out in May to repave the area in question and seal the driveway free of charge and extend the warranty to 5 years. They have sent us a written agreement stating this. Their response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

I talked to her husband and he said he had no idea his wife contacted Revdex.com and that he was going to have her remove the complaint
