In September I paid Pillado Construction to repair my roof of my home I just purchasedHe promised that there wouldn't be any more leaks and if there was that I have a year warrantyWhen he came and repaired the roof I did ask about how fast he was done, again he said all done no more leaks I paid him with a checkThe next rain came roof was leaking stillI had to keep calling to get him to come outFew minutes later he said he was done, another rain came roof still leaking in one of the same spotsI have called over and over and again I have even texted over and over again and saved all of them The last time he promised that he would be there the weekend of January 20, Still didn't show up, I paid him I want my roof fixed or my money backAlso, what's the sense in having a warranty if he hasn't repaired the roof the first time he most likely won't honor the warranty

I have called both numbers several times, was referred back to *** ** who told me he would come back out to my house to check out the tuck pointing, so far he has not returnedDuring our last conversation I asked him to either fix the uck pointing or give me a refund
