this man that works for this oompany refuses to answer phones or return phone calls about the business that he is supposed to be in ([redacted])...I have been paying rent on a house for 2 years and want to move into another place and he refuses to give my new potential landlord correct information about my monthly payments, his records show that I have missing payments but I have receipts showing on time payments for each month that I have lived here and now I look suspect to new landlords and potential housing...something fishy is going on and the Bartlett chamber of commerce is covering for him, they all act suspicious and I would like to know what's going on so I can move on....Product_Or_Service: house rentalAccount_Number: leaseDesired Settlement I need my entire payment history and a deposit refund asap and an explanation and inquiry into illegal business practices..Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], Owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comI received a phone call from "[redacted]" who worked for the apartment complex he has applied for and evidently will be moving in to in the next few days. I gave [redacted] a good referral verbally over the phone and did not report any late or missing payments.Pillar Realty has an office space in the same building as the [redacted] Chamber of Commerce, we are obviously not affiliated with the Chamber in any other aspects.Their move to the apartment was not hindered in any way.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This guy would not and has not sent leisure to the place I was trying to move into.. They which is [redacted] at [redacted] apartments ask me for leisure which he (**) [redacted] at pillar reality surposed to have that paper work to provide the information. He didn't send it.. I'm completely moved out of the house now he won't call me back at all I need my deposit. I still have the keys to the house.. Plus there is no corporate number giving on there website that I can call.I called him today 8/3/15 ofcorse he didn't answer I left a message and I'm sure he won't call me back to get the keys or give me my deposit.. All I did for past 2 years was pay rent on time every single month.I just want to move on. He really making my life difficult trying find a place to stay and trying to do that and work on time each week. I have proof of payments at least in the last 12 months and I did pay a deposit I am owe it back I wanna give these keys back I can't no one at pillar will even talk to me. I have done nothing wrong or illegal I been to the office in [redacted] many times he never there what the people in office say. I don't get it at all.im ready to move on.Final Business Response
