Pillar to Post Home Inspection

This company says packages were delivered to my door on the tracking when they were not I will not be trusting them after thisThey saying phone it's not delivered actually Well fix your siteAnd a package is just goneit says delivered , but it wasn't and I was homeIt's bad enough I had to start taking mail down street to send,because he didn't check the metal boxesIll just use my mom's addressAfton seems to do better

We hired Pillar to Post to do a home inspection on a property we purchasedAfter we took possession of the home we realized that the inspection report did not include information about the faulty sewer or the faulty chimneyWe called the company and they came back out to reinspect the chimney to tell us that it needs $5,000-$10,worth of repairsThey also claim that they did a sewer scope and charged us $for this serviceWe never received report on the sewer and it was never inspectedThe company did send someone out to scope the sewer after we complained and found out that there is probably $5,000-$10,worth of repairs for the sewerThe company has offered to refund us the $we paid for the inspection, but will not refund us for the extras we paid forThe total we paid is $for the inspectionAlthough in reality the company cost us $10,000-$20,worth of repairs that we could have used to negotiate the priceI was deployed when they did the inspection and I

Although we disagree with the consumer’s message dated 2/27/2017, we think it is in both parties interest to resolve this matter. Although we do not admit any fault, we are willing to refund the consumer in the amount of $640.25.  However, we will not issue a check until we have received the attached signed, unaltered release.  Upon receipt of the signed release, we will mail a check made payable to [redacted] at [redacted].

I wanted to follow up on the following Complaint ID:  [redacted].  I received a reply back on your website that said the company would refund $640.25 to me after I submitted the general release they attached.  I accept this offer and I returned the signed form to them via email.  I have not heard a response from the company nor have I received the check they promised to mail.  If you could please let me know what the next course of action is for this complaint.  Again, thank you for all the help you have provided in this matter.
