I am rejecting this response because:I am thoroughly amused at the response providedThe documentation supplied does not address the following facts:Pictures submitted by Pillar to Post, of the home, are not congruent to the issues identified by the certified electrician and home security installer, as identified in the initial complaint.Attached you will find the inspection report in its entiretyNote: In section regarding smoke/fire alarm the report indicates "Present" "Not Tested." There were NO smoke/fire alarms present in the home at allThey were installed by ADT on Dec8th, when the installer brought to our attention their absence from the home and his surprise at passing an inspectionPillar to Post does NOT address the question of WHY there has been NO follow up contact, after the July 12th emailAs previously documented, Pillar to Post states via email they would look into the case and determine whether they would refund our money, with Layz stating he will let us know their findings (previously attached to original complaint)Today is Sept14th, over months after that correspondence; NO response has been received from Pillar to Post. As for the reviews attached by Pillar to Post, per our attorney, there is NO verification or process of verification as to how the reviews are garnered or how the company is obligated to report their reviews. Therefore, it's difficult to ascertain the validity of the reviews provided on the Pillar to Post website.
