I have the original Pillo device that the *** device replaced. Today, I was informed by the (Unnamed) “Director of Customer Success” at Pillo Health that my device will not be swapped out for a *** device although I have been told twice now that it would be.

Pillo Health tried to blame me because they (the company) made the decision to stop supporting the device as the reason I know longer have a product that I can use instead of accepting responsibility for their ambitions to grow and make (more) money by disregarding the people who initially supporting their vision when they were nothing.

Attached is a copy of our communications dating back as early as 2019 (the first promise) to as recent as April 27, 2020 (the second promise).

We regret that *** is experiencing issues with his Pillo device. Pillo Health did stop supporting this product; however, we did notify all Pillo users of our partnership with *** and provided them with an offer to swap out their Pillo device for ***. *** was notified of this offer on November 14, 2019 and did not take advantage of the offer because he could not indicate how the device was obtained. *** has been unable to verify purchase of this device and our records show that the device he has was never sold to the public. We have attempted to communicate with *** and offered him a significant reduction to replace his Pillo with a *** device at Pillo’s expense, but he has not wanted to avail himself of this offer. We feel like we have addressed this issue in a fair and equitable manner.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. Again, this business is blatantly LYING as evidenced by the communications documented by the emails I supplied in my original Revdex.com complaint. As indicated in my complaint, not only was the offer to switch out my Pillo device offered to me on November 14, 2019, it was extended again on April 27, 2020 as evidenced by the email thread (again, attached), this is what the business failed to mentioned in their Revdex.com response. The business also indicated, I did not “take advantage of the offer because I could not indicate how the device was obtained” which is another blatant lie as I indicated on November 21, 2019 that the device was a gift and sent a follow up message on November 24, 2019 that I was still waiting on a resolution. That correspondence is also attached. Finally, the unnamed “Director of Customer Success” then offered a $100 discount on the *** device which is currently prices at $699 plus tax, which is by no means, “a significant discount” because they decided to stop supporting a device that was ALREADY PAID FOR and IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER to simply REBRAND IT and make more money by “partnering with a national brand and lying about it throughout the process. Meanwhile, I have supplied communications and documents of the devices’s serial number, my account, and registration to the Revdex.com and Pillo Health. Pillo Health has not yet showed any evidence of the “communication” they claimed to have sent indicating they were going to stop supporting the device or offering to swap out the device PRIOR to me contacting them. Therefore, unless the business has correspondences or documents that support the statements they have made, I stand firmly behind my original request.
