The three pillows (duplex standard) were ordered for my children's birthday I called on the first birthday and they sent travel pillows to me in March The shipment invoice from [redacted] was dated March when the travel pillows were sent At one call or email they did not have the case that holds the millet and buckwheat in order to make the pillows At another time they were out of millet They kept telling me they could send millet or some other pillow but I continued to say I wanted the duplex pillows that I ordered I then asked for a refund because it was obvious that they were not going to fill the order or stand by any of their promises I have not received a refund My credit card does not refund any money if order was over miles from my homeI could not file with the credit card because only the unpaid balance could be disputed and there was no unpaid balance This is a scam and I am still out the money for the order They can issue a refund on my credit card to clear this problem I do have numerous e-mails that I sent to the company that will refute their responseAgain, thank you for your help and a resolution can be reached by a full refund for the amount of my original order made to my credit card

send her the 3 Duplexes along with an offer for another set of 3 Night Pillows FREE should she have trouble with the fillings or regret her choice.  [redacted] seemed very unsure and went back and forth.  Each time she called she did not seem to remember the last conversation we had had.  She did, however, understand fully the offer of the 3 free Night Pillows (valued at nearly $150). During the last conversation, one of [redacted]’s children, a daughter, was present in the room and [redacted] repeatedly interrupted our conversation to relay our information to her daughter (most notably the free offer of more pillows).  [redacted] filed her complaint with you after we provided the [redacted] tracking number of her shipment, on April 19.  We understand that her credit card company issued a credit of her order.

I ordered and payed for a queen pillow on Aug 9. When it did not arrive in 4 to 5 days I inquired about the status of the order. I received a email response that the order was delayed due to the cleaning of the warehouse but would be shipped of August 17. It is now Aug21, I have not received my order and have not be updated status of my order. The company cannot be reached via telephone and has not replied with an email. I am highly suspect of the current validity of this company. I am attempting to have my credit card purchase reversed. It is a shame, based on customer reviews in the past were highly recommended.

I ordered a couple of pillows from this company in mid-June. Nothing has been shipped.

The company does not answer its telephone, nor does it respond to email inquiries.

I ordered two buckwheat pillows and two slip covers on 4/28/16 and it is 5/15/16 and I have not received my merchandise. I have called but have received an answering machine saying there is no way to leave message because device is full. I have emailed three times and there was no reply to my emails.

I had ordered buckwheat pillows from this company years ago, and was very satisfied, so I ordered some more pillows for presents about 10 days ago. I got an automated order acknowledgement with an order number, but that was it.
After about a week, I emailed and phoned 3 times to inquire about the status of my order. Always reached the recording system and received no response. Today, wanting to cancel my order, the phone message box is full, so I emailed my cancellation. My credit card is not charged yet, I will be watching it. Sorry to say, this is no way of handling a business responsibly, and they lost me as a customer.

I did not receive my order after a month and a half with no communication about a delay. I tried emailing and calling, but they are unreachable.

I ordered pillows from this company 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I have e-mailed 3 times and called twice(voice mail full). They have my money and I have no merchandise.

Not sure if this company is legit, ordered a pillow Nov10, actually got a pillow on Nov. 20, but it was not what they advertised. Their phones are set to always set to get a recording, if you continue calling and emailing them constantly they will eventually give you a call. The lady that called was very nice, told me they only had 3 people to answer the phones is why it took so long for them to get back to me, said she had two little children and was still at work at seven pm,trying to take care of customers. Well she either had the children at work with her or she is just someone they contract to call customers, because I could hear the children in the background.she told me they would send me another pillow for all the trouble and also a bag of buckwheat hulls to properly fill the first pillow they sent. These finally arrived Nov. 28, but sent a smaller pillow and sent a bag of millet instead of buckwheat hulls. Have been trying to get some response since, but they won't answer my emails or return my calls.

I placed an order on 11/16/15 and as of 12/17/15 have yet to receive my order (pillow and eye mask). After a couple weeks, I contacted via phone and email. It took awhile but I got an email back stating their was an inventory problem but order would be shipped the week of November 30th. Again, still no order as of 12/17/15. I've tried calling over 30 different times and no one ever answers phone and voicemail always full. I've sent 3 additional emails and no follow-up. I'm now contacting my credit card company to dispute order. It is irresponsible and ridiculous...and at this point I'm believing a scam. On their website, they are still actively selling with no mention of production problems. I can't believe they don't follow up!!!! All I wanted was my order to assist with my migraines...now I have to wait for the refund before I can go elsewhere.
