Hello, a pillow was ordered on JUNE 16 with delivery date by July 13. Money was taken from the account immediately. Now August 21 and no pillow, no response to emails or face book messages. VERY DISAPPOINTED as it was a special birthday gift. Not poor service - it is NO SERVICE. Please send the pillow or provide a refund to ALL your unsatisfied customers.

Review: I ordered a custom pillow for Christmas for my Mother in [redacted]. The pillow was to have a personalized picture of her Grandson on it which we created on pillowmob.com - the pillow that was received looked nothing at all like the pillow we ordered. I sent them two emails and pictures of the defected pillow and never received a response. This morning I decided to send them a message on [redacted] and within no time they responded. They told me that I needed to pay to return the product and send them my receipt and they would send a refund. I request that due to the fact that this was due to their mistake they should send me a paid return package to return the item and they refused.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a prepaid return package from the company sent to my Mother in Florida where the item was shipped to and a full refund.

Review: http://pillowmob.com My daughter ordered a custom made pillow from this site. She was charged $30.00 but canceled the order as she did not like the picture of the finished product. She has emailed them two times I have emailed them myself and on her behalf and they have not responded or made a refund of the $30.00 they debited from her checking account on 11/10 almost two months ago. They don't list a phone number and I can only email to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to be send a check for $30.00 to my address listed above for the debit from my account. We never got the pillow and quickly canceled the order nor have we received any contact from this company.

Review: I ordered a pillow from them on Aug.24th. The amount for the pillow was $30. My account was charged. I was told I would receive an email when it was sent so that I could track it and that the estimated delivery date was Sept.9th thru the !4th. When it was not received by the 14th I tried to contact them via email since there is no phone number. On the website it says expect 3 days for a reply. I never got one. It is now Sept 23rd and I had sent another email on Sept 21st and still haven't heard anything and my niece still hasn't received the pillow. I told them I expected a response and a refund if they weren't going to deliver the pillow as promised. I want them to tell me why they didn't respond, why the pillow wasn't sent, and why they took my money without fulfilling their duty. I expect a refund promptly.Desired Settlement: I would like them to acknowledge me and explain themselves. Apologize. Send my pillow or refund my money. Immediately as my nieces birthday was in Aug and it will be October soon. Thank you
