Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appearFirst and foremost this is not a resolutionNo resolution has been provided by this companyAs of this Friday it will be days since this dog house was orderedAll timeframes Ms [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] dog houses have provided (5-days--days--days)have passedMs [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] dog houses continue to think they can take my money and provide nothingI have provided documents showing Ms [redacted] marked my order as "refunded" 07/02/I have provided copies of a conversation on Facebook Messanger and a text on 07/02/where Ms [redacted] also indicated the order would be refunded Less than hours later(same day) she changed her story and stated she needed to wait for the Revdex.com investigation to complete to refund my moneyAlso in that conversation she did state she would not be willing complete my order as an alternative resolution because of the Revdex.com complaintBoth options were given to herProvide the house or the moneyShe has refused bothOn 07/13/I received notification from my bank that Ms [redacted] has declined my request to dispute the transaction (for the product never being received)Yesterday 07/15/I received another message from Ms [redacted] on Facebook Messenger stating that " the banks are deciding what to do with the money." I am very aware of how banks operate and the banks have no say in this situation they middle men Ms [redacted] instructed her bank to decline the disputeI am continuing to pursue this matter through my banking institution In the message received yesterday via the Revdex.com she states they are " building me a real home." What home??? Ms [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] dog houses cancelled my order and marked it as "refunded" 07/02/-- she also stated she was not going to process my order as an alternative resolution because I filed a Revdex.com complaint and now today in the Facebook message I received hours later she is back to talking about my refundSo which is it ...because her story changes in each messageLastly in yesterday's communications from Ms [redacted] and [redacted] dog houses conversations between Ms [redacted] and other customers over the course of several years were providedThese have no relevance to this matterMs [redacted] and her staff did not communicate with MEMs [redacted] continues to negate her responsibilities as a business ownerIt is irresponsible to think that because conversations were had with other consumers that somehow transfers to this situation

We have a day lead timeWe are notoriously known for thatOur website says, 5-day lead time, DEPENDING ON WEATHER AND SEASONShe placed her order and on the 15th day of us having her order we received a Facebook message from her that she contacted her bank and the Revdex.comShe said she had sent us messages on our messaging system used by our websiteTwiceWe are never made aware of those messages, that is not a messaging system that we useShe also said she called us numerous timesOur voicemail machine clearly states (###-###-####) that we can not get to most calls and DO NOT RETURN VOICEMAILS! It also clearly states that to get a hold of us with an immediate response please text or email usShe has done neitherWe are building her a REAL HOME! There is a lead time that we need to build these homesAttached is a screenshot of our website stating that the wait is dependent on the weather and seasonWe are in the middle of our busiest time right now considering we build air conditioned dog housesAlso attached is a few different conversations around the time of her order with other customers about our approximate day wait timeI will send more of those conversations via email as well as some other proof

I am no longer in control of the refundShe disputed the charge with her bank and they have disputed the charge with my merchant services bankThey are now determining what to doI will not be refunding the charge until this is cleared up between the banks because it Wil return to her TWICEI am more than willing to issue the refundBut the banks are in charge of that nowNot meSee attachedAnd yes, I will not be building the home and providing the productBecause of all of this I am already being charged dispute fees via stripe as well as wells fargoOnce she actually receives her refund through stripe and her bank, I am the one that will be out $or moreNever received a voicemail, text or emailOur voicemail clearly states that is how to communicate with us, text and email

As of this Friday it will be 30 days since this dog house was ordered. All timeframes Ms. [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] dog houses have provided (5-7 days--24 days--15 days)have passed. Ms. [redacted] (owner) and [redacted] dog houses continue to think they can take my money and provide nothing. I have provided documents showing Ms. [redacted] marked my order as "refunded" 07/02/15. Less than 3 hours later(same day) she changed her story and stated she needed to wait for the Revdex.com investigation to complete to refund my money.
