I am rejecting this response because: Why should we pay for the contract renewal, which expires on 4/12/15, which we are not using, I believe Mr. [redacted] should refund the full amount of $151.00. As for Mr. [redacted], who we understand does not work for HVAC, was referred to by HVAC. There was never any attempt on the part of Mr. [redacted] to contact us at all. Although, HVAC called us that Mr. [redacted] would contact us...HE NEVER DID! In spite of this small amount that we are requesting from HVAC, does he not realize what he was paid for services that were poorly managed?

We stand by our service and the workmanship that was
provided. The system is 14 years and
requires replacement which was agreed upon by Mr. and Mrs [redacted] per the price
quote for a new system that was requested and provided. Mr. and Mrs [redacted] were informed that there
system required replacement on both occasion our technician was onsite 4/29/14
and 5/12/14. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] chose
to have the repairs due to the unforeseen expense of replacement. The $151.00 was the discount that was
provided on 4/29/14 (over 20% discount) due to the ESA maintenance agreement purchase
it is not a renewal. Once the Customer purchases an ESA they are provided an ESA
discounted price on repairs and services.
The repairs and service was provided per the [redacted]’s request as visible
by the signature on the invoice. We apologize for any inconvenience. However we do stand by our service and the
workmanship that was provided. The system is 14 years old and does require
replacement. Are hopes are that you can
find a reasonable price for replacement and the financing that fits your needs.
A check has been placed in the mail for 50% of the ESA original purchase price
of $145.00. $151.00 savings already provided 4/29/14, no charge for Estimate or service on 5/12/14, and a check for $72.50
Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were informed that there AC system
required replacement. They had no
cooling at the time of service. The
repairs that were completed were to provide temporary cooling until they were
able to replace the system. A quote for...
replacement
was provided and they were referred to Mr. [redacted] for financing assistance
[redacted] does not work for Pilot HVAC. Do to
no response we assumed financing was not approved. We do apologize for any inconvenience
this may have caused Mr. and Mrs. [redacted].
As to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]’s request due to the $151.00 discount the ESA
initial provided on 4/29/14 we are in the process of mailing 50% of the ESA
(Energy Saving Agreement) purchase price.
The estimate for replacement and service call on 5/12/14 was at no additional
cost.
